Hello, I'm Emily Miller Mlčák 

Living with anxiety, depression and/or ADHD can create a perception of being unworthy. As a person who struggles with these things myself, I help others with ADHD - and those who love them - navigate life without shame, forging joyous and abundant life paths.

Together we can open doors to help you:

  • practice transparency and honesty with yourself

  • understand yourself more fully,

  • become more curious and open, and

  • develop a practice of muscular joy and resiliency
